Our goal is to produce fresh quality food by presenting the old and new while we continue to add a touch of spice in everything we do.

Our Business

We cut, slice, and dice.  We simmer, sauté, and season.  Pat, roll, and knead is what we do. We make it fresh daily in our kitchen just for you.

We select the best produce and choose the freshest meat.  We will go without rather than select an inferior product.  Though many businesses just say it, we do it.

Who Are We? 

Were honored to say that were a  family owned operation originally from Kansas City where jazz and food fill the air.   Were a family fulfilling a vision and a call to our community.   

We come from families where food and entertainment are the focus of every event, celebration and sometimes disappointments. 

We take pride in our recipes as many are given from generation to generation.  We train our staff to think  of our customers as guest stopping by for something to comfort them.

We have been mentioned in several newsletters as one of the best little spots in town for great food, awesome music, and atmosphere.
