MONDAY: Mommas Oven Crusted Chicken with Mac "n" Cheese and green beans.

TUESDAY: Cajun Spaghetti. (Chicken, and Smoked sausage with a spice sauce over spaghetti noodles  served with garlic bread).

WEDNESDAY: Lasagna with cheese and garlic biscuits or toast.

THURSDAY: Smothered Pork Chops with Cabbage/potato casserole and corn bread. Or you can try our Curry Chicken served with a side of cabbage and cornbread.

FRIDAY: Seafood Gumbo, or Catfish and Jambalaya
